A Different Way of Looking at Health
Chinese medicine doesn't look at symptoms in isolation. Pain, sleep, digestion, energy, stress, and emotional wellbeing can all be connected. Those connections help us understand the bigger picture.
The goal isn't perfection. It's finding greater balance and helping you move through life with more ease.

Acupuncture should be accessible.
Community acupuncture makes it easier to receive good care regularly. Instead of treating one person at a time in a private room, multiple people receive individualized acupuncture treatments together in a comfortable, shared space.
At Ursa Minor, community treatments are offered on a $30-$50 sliding scale, so cost doesn't have to be a barrier to getting the care you need.
We'll talk about how you're feeling and what you'd like help with.
Arrive
Your first treatment is simple.
If you've never had acupuncture before, there's nothing you need to know or prepare for. We'll walk you through it.
We'll choose your treatment based on what you need that day, then gently place the needles.
Settle In
Get comfortable. Close your eyes, listen to the music, meditate, or take a really good nap.
Rest
Hi, I'm Ben.
I became an acupuncturist because I fell in love with Chinese medicine and the way it sees health, balance, and our relationship with the world around us.
I have 25 years of experience in the alternative healthcare field and have been practicing Chinese Medicine since 2010.
